Dignitaries, new residents, politicians, and the locals who toiled hard on the job, all joined in celebration with leading property Analyst and Developers Chris and Virginia Anderson overnight.
They became the “first” to see the unveiling of the next breathtaking level of bayside living luxury.
The Event was the opening of the One Fitzroy Apartment Block in Redland City, the first in a $250 million commitment from AFT Projects to move Redland City into the next level of bayside living.
It was celebrated with a four-hour showcase and entertainment event that ran into Friday night.
The One Fitzroy residential precinct and our unique Toondah Outlook project in Cleveland are the brainchild of AFT Projects.
Director Chris Anderson says the first to be completed, One Fitzroy, brings a new era of living and luxury to the Redland market.
“We have showcased the Penthouse of One Fitzroy at this event, as recreative of the level of quality and design thought that is behind both our key developments.”
The One Fitzroy Apartment Block has just been completed and is already almost fully sold.
“The first residents are now at home, in-house and loving it. We have more than 97% of this building sold to owner occupiers and already the sales for the soon to be started Toondah Outlook Project are more than 50% the way there.”
And Mr Anderson says, that’s where AFT’s focus now turns- The $100 million plus Toondah Outlook Project with work expected to commence at that site next month.
“This will be an integrated resort style project is a first for the city and indeed unique to the South-East Queensland market. To date there has been nothing like this anywhere.”
“Given the speed at which One Fitzroy sold, we have not been surprised by the strong level of local buyer interest in the Toondah Outlook project with many people looking to Toondah Outlook as “the” place to move next.”
Mr Anderson says while some property observers scoffed that their plans when first mooted history and sales now show that the AFT commitment to the projects have a layer of logic to them.
“It’s about creating projects that are in demand and different. The AFT approach with these projects aims to fit with the growth of our city and region that so far has been unstated.”
“As developers who have grown up with Redlands at our heart. We know it and have lived here and have seen families grow. We understand that the future for our city will stem from its lifestyle offer and beauty. The property offer therefore needs to reflect just that.”
Mr Anderson says it is time for smart local developers and builders to stop following herd and to appreciate Redland city for what it is…and for what people want for it and from it into the future.
“One Fitzroy and Toondah Outlook and are living examples of how developers can think outside the square and best put existing infrastructure to work to play a key role in influencing the market.”
“These projects also aim to incentivize our gray nesters or empty nesters to move on and free up the family home stock that sits, across all spectrums of the market.”
Mr Anderson says that for far too long Redlands has seen development that has rushed to provide more estates that expand ever outwards and that require more and more infrastructure.
“Perhaps and in the past, we have not spent long enough looking at solutions that make better use of that which we have in a wonderful place like Redland city.”
“The One Fitzroy And Toondah Outlook solutions takes us to the next level and work because they ensure a living environment so much in demand today- quality build, style and positioning that captures a Redlands that is unsurpassed for its beauty, charm and livability.”
